I recently had David come by the house to perform service maintenance to my Navien heating unit. Not only did he do a great job, but he also took the time and patience to educate me on a lot of things related to the Navien system and other plumbing related issues. I saw him perform maintenance that no one in the past did. David is a no-nonsense professional with integrity that performs his duties b/c it's the right thing to do. He takes the time to do things the right way and not cut corners. In a time period where I feel other people are always trying to pull a fast one on naive customers, David conducts himself in a professional, patient, and experienced manner that confidently stands by his work. David and his helper was able to find and fix my leak, even though it was hidden inside the wall, and was very tough to find. Furthermore, David cleaned up with a vacuum cleaner while cutting into the wall to repair the leak, and after repairing the leak, he did a great job repairing the wall. David is very good at what he does, is very professional, and his prices are reasonable. I plan to use him as my go-to plumber in the future.
